To secure a booking, a reservation deposit must be made. The reservation deposit is non-refundable incase of cancellation.
Guests must pay a security deposit in cash or via bank transfer at the time of check in. The deposit will be refunded within 7 days in whole or in part after an inspection.
A booking agreement must be signed by the client at the time of check-in.
Guests should provide all Emirates ID’s or passports of all guests who will be staying or visiting the property. All documents will be submitted to Dubai Tourism and Security. Without registration a person won’t pass through the security gate.
While most rentals don’t include transportation, Exogroup’s concierge can arrange airport transfers or local transport upon request.
