This document outlines the General Terms and Conditions (referred to as “Terms”) applicable to all services we offer. You can also access them on our website.
Whenever we refer to “you”, we mean any individual or entity using our services.

1. Applicability
1.1 These Terms are applicable to all service requests, proposals, and agreements made between you and ExoConcierge.
1.2 You are fully responsible for ensuring that anyone using our services at your request complies with these Terms. You will be held accountable for any violations or damages caused by individuals utilizing our services.

2. Our Offerings
We provide premium, dependable travel experiences, including but not limited to:

  • Private Jet Charter

  • Helicopter Charter

  • Yacht Rental

  • Luxury Car Rentals

  • Private Chauffeur Services

  • Exclusive Villa Rentals

  • Hotel Reservations

3. Requesting a Service
You can submit a booking inquiry via WhatsApp or email with accurate details.
We will send you a quotation that remains valid for 24 hours.
A formal agreement is established when:

  • You approve the quotation via email or WhatsApp.

  • The required payment is made.

  • We initiate any part of the requested service.
    A confirmation will be sent via WhatsApp or email once the booking is finalized.
    In case of discrepancies, the Agreement or Confirmation takes priority over these Terms.

4. Changes to Your Booking
4.1 Modification requests should be submitted as early as possible.
4.2 If adjustments result in extra costs, these will be added to your total bill.
4.3 Rescheduling a service may incur additional fees, unless otherwise arranged.

5. Cancellations
5.1 All confirmed bookings are final and cannot be canceled. However, if unforeseen circumstances arise, we will strive to find an alternative solution. Please note that this is not guaranteed and may involve extra costs.

6. No-Show Policy
6.1 It is your sole responsibility to ensure that all passengers are present at the agreed meeting point at the scheduled time.
6.2 If you are unable to find your service provider (chauffeur, pilot, hotel concierge, etc.), you must contact us immediately.
6.3 If you fail to show up without notifying us at least 24 hours in advance, the service will be fully charged as a no-show. Cancellations or modifications are only valid if confirmed by us.
6.4 For time-sensitive bookings (flights, chauffeured rides, third-party reservations), arriving late may result in forfeiting the service without any refund.

7. Service Costs & Additional Fees
7.1 Extra charges may apply for:

  • Extended waiting time

  • Additional mileage

  • Extra stops

  • Special requests beyond the agreed scope

8. Payment Terms
8.1 All bookings must be fully paid in advance, unless a written agreement states otherwise.
8.2 If a deferred payment arrangement is granted, full payment is required within 14 days from the start of service.
8.3 Invoices will be provided electronically unless a paper copy is requested (which may incur an administrative fee).
8.4 Any currency conversion fees, international transaction charges, or banking fees are your responsibility.
8.5 Late payments may result in penalties, interest fees, and service suspension until all outstanding amounts are settled.

9. Chauffeur Policies
9.1 Drivers will arrive at least 10 minutes before the scheduled pickup time.
9.2 If a delay occurs, we will notify you as soon as possible.
9.3 We reserve the right to reassign a different driver when necessary.

10. Vehicle Regulations
10.1 If needed, we may replace your reserved vehicle with an equivalent or superior model.
10.2 Only authorized chauffeurs may operate our vehicles.
10.3 Luggage restrictions apply—drivers may refuse excess baggage.
10.4 Seat belts must be worn at all times.

11. Restrictions Inside Vehicles
11.1 Smoking, alcohol, drugs, and unauthorized weapons are strictly forbidden.

11.2 Violations may lead to immediate service termination without a refund.

11.3 Cleaning fees may be applied for any damage or excessive mess.

12. Filing a Complaint
12.1 Any complaints must be submitted within 24 hours of the service.
12.2 We will review and respond within 48 hours.

13. Liability Limitations
13.1 We are not responsible for:

  • Passengers failing to wear seatbelts.

  • Lost, damaged, or stolen personal belongings.

  • Situations beyond our control (force majeure).

  • We do not accept liability for any direct or indirect financial losses related to our services.

14. Termination of Services
We reserve the right to cancel any booking if a passenger violates our Terms or if the client is deemed financially unstable.

15. Use of Third-Party Providers
We may collaborate with third parties to fulfill certain services.

16. Uncontrollable Circumstances
We are not liable for disruptions caused by force majeure (e.g., extreme weather, governmental restrictions, strikes, etc.).

17. Intellectual Property
All branding, content, and materials related to our services remain the exclusive property of ExoConcierge.

Your personal and confidential information will be handled with strict confidentiality.
